🧠 Licensed Mental Health Clinician (Part-Time/Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD) to join our team in West Covina, CA, or Covina, CA. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility of both telehealth and in-person sessions.

 

Position Overview

Hermosillo Family Therapy, Inc. is seeking a licensed, independently practicing clinician to join our group practice in a part-time, hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, professional integrity, and high-quality client care within a collaborative private practice environment.

Licensed clinicians are expected to manage their caseload independently and maintain high clinical and documentation standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy services

• Conduct intakes, diagnoses, and treatment planning independently

• Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions

• Manage clinical risk and crisis situations independently, consulting leadership as needed

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

• Collaborate with practice leadership and clinical team as appropriate

• Optional participation in supervision, consultation, or mentoring opportunities

Required Availability

• Part-Time caseload (minimum 10 client sessions per week)

• At least 1–2 afternoon/evening shifts

• Weekend availability strongly preferred

• Ability to maintain consistent weekly availability

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC

• Minimum 1 year post-licensure clinical experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries

• Ability to work independently in a private practice setting

• Experience with telehealth and EHR systems

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation

• $60.00 – $85.00 per clinical hour, based on experience and availability

• Opportunities for case referrals and caseload growth
