Fees & Payment Options

Hermosillo Family Therapy offers 50-minute therapy sessions ranging from $175 to $275, depending on the services provided and the provider's licensure, beginning January 1, 2026. We accept cash, major credit cards, and select insurance plans. All fees are due at the time of each session.

 

For clients not using insurance, reduced fees or sliding-scale options are available for services provided by Board Registered Associate Mental Health Therapists. Please note that the full session fee is charged for no-shows or late cancellations (cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice).

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations rate is $150. This fee covers the initial evaluation, 30-day follow up, and a copy of the letter. ​

Insurance

We currently accept:

• Commercial insurance plans through Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/Optum, and Cigna.

• Medi-Cal through Anthem Blue Cross.

• Medicare with a supplemental insurance plan (e.g., Anthem, Aetna, and United Healthcare/Optum supplemental).

If your insurance plan is out of network, we can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
