I understand that searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming, but I hope as you read through my profile you begin to feel a sense of hope and belonging. Whether you are working on setting boundaries, navigating anxiety or depression, or struggling with guilt or low self-esteem, know that you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, and I welcome individuals from all walks of life, ethnicities, identities, and economic backgrounds.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic style is collaborative and flexible, meeting you where you are. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic methods to support your healing and growth.

Becoming a psychotherapist was rooted in my passion for helping people live fully and authentically. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
