Introduction
Hola, I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in Education, Corrections, and crisis work with Probation and Juvenile Justice. I’ve worked in both community mental health and custodial settings, supporting individuals, children, teens, and families through trauma, chronic stress, and major life transitions.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based, using evidence-based tools, emotional regulation skills, and a calm, grounded presence. I often work with anxiety, depression, trauma, system involvement, LGBTQ+ clients, and individuals impacted by gang involvement. I value clear, respectful communication and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space. I’m direct yet collaborative, and I believe therapy works best when it feels human—humor included.

As a first-generation student who overcame early challenges, I deeply believe in growth, support, and second chances. I’m bilingual in Spanish and comfortable working in Spanish or Spanglish. In our first sessions, we’ll focus on understanding your story, your goals, and what support feels most helpful for you.
