About Chandler
Introduction
From an early age, I have been deeply interested in the power of stories and the ways they shape our lives. As a narrative therapist, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds to examine and reframe the narratives that may be holding them back from achieving their desired life.

I provide therapeutic support to adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of concerns including identity development, chronic illness, relational difficulties, and parent-child dynamics. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. In addition, I incorporate creative and multimedia interventions—including interactive activities, music, film, and digital tools—when appropriate, to make therapy both engaging and tailored to each client’s unique way of understanding the world.

I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, rewrite unhelpful narratives, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
