Introduction
Hi, I’m Maria Arreola, a bilingual Associate Clinical Social Worker providing therapy in both English and Tagalog. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and my Master’s in Social Work, where I specialized in working with children and families.
I work with clients across the lifespan, supporting individuals and families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative, meaning your goals, values, and lived experiences guide the work we do together.
I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. This allows me to tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and support meaningful progress.
I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward lasting, meaningful change.
