Introduction
¡Bienvenidos y welcome!

Hi, my name is Chantell Tarazon, a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) offering therapy in English and Spanish. I’m a first-generation Latina, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona and my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College, with a specialization in Latinx immigrant trauma. I’ve worked with all ages and provide individual, couples, and family therapy, with experience supporting asylum seekers, individuals, and families navigating the immigration and refugee process.

I specialize in helping clients work through:
-
Trauma and immigration trauma
-
Grief and loss
-
Depression and anxiety
-
Family systems and relationship patterns
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic therapy, and play therapy based on your needs. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a safe, supportive environment as we work toward healing, growth, and more grounded day-to-day living.
