Andrea
Introduction
Hola!
My name is Andrea Conejo-Toledo (she, her, ella), and I am a Latina Bilingual (English,
Spanish/Español) Therapist.
I am passionate about serving the Latine community and other underserved populations, with a
deep commitment to providing culturally responsive and affirming care. I believe therapy should
be a space where clients and families feel truly seen, heard, and respected. My focus is on
creating a safe, supportive environment where you can openly share your story without
judgment.
Using cultural humility as a foundation for our work together, I strive to build strong, authentic
therapeutic relationships that honor your lived experiences, values, and identities. I understand
that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and I aim to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and
collaboration every step of the way.
I specialize in working with individuals and families experiencing Depressive Disorders,
Anxiety, Trauma, and Family Conflict. Whether you are navigating life transitions,
intergenerational challenges, or the impact of past experiences, I tailor treatment to meet your
unique needs and goals.
